This farm was created with one clear goal: to better understand how different coffee varieties can reach their full potential through tailored cultivation, harvesting, and processing methods.

More than just a place to grow coffee, Juan Martin acts as a guiding light for local producers who work with Banexport—sharing insights, setting standards, and pushing boundaries. It’s a space where curiosity meets precision, and where every decision is grounded in data and driven by a passion for exceptional coffee.

The farm is also deeply rooted in sustainability and community. The steep slopes are protected through soil conservation, natural ground cover is preserved to prevent erosion, and careful monitoring ensures trees stay healthy and productive. Regular maintenance includes cleaning each coffee tree every 75 days and manually clearing between rows every two months with a scythe—balancing modern quality standards with hands-on care.

Every coffee lot at Juan Martin is handled with purpose. Variables like Brix level, moisture content, and climate conditions are constantly assessed to decide the best approach for each variety—ensuring clarity, character, and consistency in every cup.
